Scarfate Sugar Free Suspension is an antacid/ulcer-protective liquid preparation. It contains sucralfate, which forms a protective coating over the damaged stomach or intestinal lining. This barrier shields the tissue from excess acid, enabling healing and reducing irritation. Because it is sugar-free, it is more suitable for patients who need to limit sugar intake (for example, diabetics).
