Seloken XL 50 mg Tablet works by blocking the action of certain natural substances (like adrenaline) on the heart and blood vessels.
This results in a slower heart rate, reduced heart workload, and lower blood pressure, helping the heart function more efficiently.

How to Take:
Take the medicine once daily at the same time each day.
Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew, crush, or break it.
It can be taken with or without food, but follow a consistent schedule.
Do not stop the medication suddenly; your doctor will guide you to reduce it gradually.

Common Side Effects:
Dizziness or light-headedness
