Telista-CH 40 Tablet
Introduction
Telista-CH 40 Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Telmisartan (40 mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, and Chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic that removes excess salt and water from the body.
