Telista-D Tablet SR
Introduction
Telista-D Tablet SR is a combination medicine used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, and Metoprolol (in sustained-release form), a beta-blocker that lowers heart rate and reduces the heart’s workload. Together, these medicines help control blood pressure, improve blood circulation, and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular complications.

• Improves heart function in patients with certain cardiac conditions
• Beneficial for patients requiring both blood pressure and heart rate control
