Telista-H Tablet
Introduction
Telista-H Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic that helps the body eliminate excess salt and water. Together, they help reduce blood pressure, improve blood circulation, and lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney-related complications.

• Suitable for patients whose blood pressure is not controlled with single therapy
• Convenient once-daily tablet for long-term management
