Product Introduction
Telkum-H Tablet is primarily used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a chronic condition in which the force exerted by blood against artery walls becomes too high, increasing the risk of heart diseases like heart attack and stroke.

Telkum-H Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. It relaxes and widens blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood, and helps the body remove excess salt to prevent fluid retention.

The most common side effects include dizziness, tiredness, nausea, diarrhea, back pain, and cold/flu symptoms. These side effects are usually mild and resolve over time, but consult your doctor if they persist.

How to Take Telkum-H Tablet

• Can be taken with or without food.

• Swallow whole with a glass of water; do not crush, break, chew, or bite.

• Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding dosage and timing.

• Complete the prescribed course for better results.
