Telmikind-H Tablet is a combination medicine containing telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide. It is used to control high blood pressure (hypertension), especially when a single medicine is not effective. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.
