Udi 300mg Tablet contains Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA), a naturally occurring bile acid used to dissolve cholesterol gallstones and improve liver function. It helps in reducing the production of cholesterol and promotes the dissolution of cholesterol-rich gallstones in the gallbladder. It is also prescribed for treating Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC) and other chronic liver disorders associated with impaired bile flow (cholestasis).
