Ulpan-D Tablet is prescribed for conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, indigestion, and gastritis. It helps by reducing the excess acid in the stomach, easing problems like heartburn, stomach discomfort, and irritation. The medicine also neutralizes acid and supports smoother passage of gas, bringing relief from bloating and heaviness.
