Composition (per 10 mL):

Shodhit Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabinum) – 50 mg

Gokhru (Tribulus terrestris) – 800 mg

Punarnava Root (Boerhaavia diffusa) – 400 mg

Pashan Bhed Root (Saxifraga ligulata) – 100 mg

Apamarga Whole Plant (Achyranthes aspera) – 50 mg

Varun Bark (Crataeva nurvala) – 400 mg

Kulthi Seed (Dolichos biflorus) – 400 mg

Mooli Kshar (Raphanus sativus) – 75 mg

Sheetal Chini (Piper cubeba) – 50 mg

Kalmi Shora (Potassium nitrate) – 80 mg

Chareela (Parmelia perlata) – 400 mg

Fitkari (Alum) – 10 mg

Kakadi Seed (Cucumber) – 100 mg

Daruhaldi (Berberis aristata) – 50 mg

Durva (Cynodon dactylon) – 600 mg

Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus) – 100 mg

Indications / Uses:

Helps dissolve or reduce kidney and urinary stones

Prevents recurrence of stones

Eases painful or burning urination

Supports kidney and urinary tract health

Acts as a natural diuretic and urinary antiseptic

Mechanism of Action:

Inhibits formation of stone-forming substances in the urine

Promotes natural expulsion of stones by increasing urine flow

Reduces inflammation and soothes urinary tract lining

Balances mineral content in urine to prevent crystallization

Dosage:

Adults: 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 mL) twice daily after meals

Children: ½ teaspoon twice daily or as directed by a physician

Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place

Precautions:

Herbal, but may cause increased urination or mild stomach upset

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or on other medications

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice

Should not replace conventional treatment in severe cases
