This Cancellation, Payment, Returns, and Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which BlynkMeds ( India) Private Limited (referred to as “BlynkMeds”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes payments, manages returns, and issues refunds for purchases made through our website https://blynkmeds.in or our mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Blynk Meds Platform”).
By using the BlynkMeds Platform and placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy. We may assign or transfer our rights and/or obligations under this policy to a third party without affecting your rights under it.
1. Payments
1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via UPI, internet banking, debit cards, credit cards, and other payment services as may be listed on the checkout page. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway partners (e.g., , Razorpay, or others as updated from time to time).
1.2 Third-Party Payment Processing
Once you proceed to pay, you will be redirected to the respective payment gateway’s page. Your transaction will be governed by their terms and privacy policy. We may share necessary order and payment details with these gateways in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Security and Liability
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and using a payment method legally owned by you.
- We are not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, network failures, or actions by your bank/payment provider.
- Our payment partners may decline a transaction for reasons including suspected fraud, blacklisted accounts, or regulatory compliance requirements.
1.4 Tokenisation of Card Payments
In compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines, we do not store card details. Our payment partners may offer tokenisation services where your card details are securely stored with authorised card networks. You may manage, suspend, or delete such tokens via the payment section of your account.
2. Returns & Cancellations
2.1 General Return Policy
We strive to deliver all products in perfect condition. If you encounter an issue with your order, you may request a return within the return period specified on the respective product page. Requests made after this period may not be accepted, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion
2.2 Eligible Return Reasons
Returns are accepted only if:
- Products are delivered damaged, defective, or with missing parts.
- The delivered product is different from what was ordered.
- The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Delivery is delayed by more than 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery date.
2.3 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in their original packaging with labels, tags, and batch numbers intact.
- Products must be unused and unaltered.
- Opened medicine strips/bottles are not eligible for return unless received in damaged condition.
2.4 Non-Returnable Products
Certain product categories cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, including but not limited to:

2.5 Order Cancellations by Customer
- Orders may be cancelled by the customer before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return process will apply if eligible.
2.6 Order Cancellations by Blynk Meds
We may cancel orders for reasons such as:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or product description errors.
- Payment issues or suspected fraud.
Refunds for such cancellations will be processed as per Section 3.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. Orders paid via “Cash on Delivery” will be refunded through bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or as store credit, at your choice.
3.2 Refund Conditions
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with product efficacy or delivery speed if the product is as described.
- Refunds will only be issued once returned products are received and verified by our team.
3.3 Refund Timeline
We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days after verification. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider’s timelines.
4. Return Process
If your order is eligible for return:
- Log in to your account on the Blynk Meds Platform.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the relevant order.
- Click “Request Return” and provide reason, photos/videos (if applicable).
- Upon approval, our team will arrange collection or guide you on how to ship the product back.
- Refund will be processed after verification.
