Medicine Delivery & Cancellation Policy

This Medicine Delivery and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, including the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This Policy is published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the IT Rules, 2021. BlynkMeds India Pvt. Ltd. (“BlynkMeds”, “we”, “us”) provides pharmacy and healthcare services through our licensed retail outlets and our digital platform (“BlynkMeds Platform”). By using our services, you (“User”, “you”) agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1) Important Instructions

  • A valid doctor’s prescription is mandatory for prescription medicines.
  • Please upload or share a clear, legible scan/photo of the prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.
  • Keep the original prescription available for verification at delivery or store pickup.
  • Orders without a valid prescription cannot be processed.

2) Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver within the estimated timelines shown on the BlynkMeds Platform and via our communications. However, delivery is on a best-effort basis and exact times cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to (including but not limited to):

  • Product unavailability or pharmacist/manpower constraints
  • Public holidays, strikes, or government restrictions
  • High order volumes, traffic, distance, or adverse weather
  • Vehicle breakdowns or other logistics disruptions
  • Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary by PIN code and product type (e.g., temperature-sensitive items).

3) International Delivery

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders may be placed from outside India, but the delivery address must be within India.

4) Cancellation by BlynkMeds

We may cancel an order at our sole discretion in situations such as:

  • Stock limitations or quantity restrictions
  • Errors in product, pricing, or availability information
  • Payment, verification, or fraud-prevention flags
  • Regulatory or compliance-related constraints

If an order is cancelled after payment, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

5) Cancellation by the User

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped/dispatched for a full refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for post-delivery requests.
  • You agree not to dispute BlynkMeds’ reasonable decision on cancellations made in line with this Policy.
