Adigog M1 Forte Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control high blood sugar levels in adults when diet, exercise, and a single medicine are not enough to keep blood sugar under control.

This tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Glimepiride (1mg) – a sulfonylurea that increases insulin release from the pancreas.

• Metformin (500mg or 1000mg, depending on strength) – a biguanide that reduces glucose production in the liver and improves the body’s response to insulin.
