Adigog M2 Forte Tablet is a prescription medication used to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). It combines two antidiabetic agents:
-
Glimepiride (2 mg): A sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release insulin, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.
-
Metformin Hydrochloride (1000 mg, Sustained Release): A biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.
This combination enhances glycemic control when diet and exercise alone are insufficient.
Usage:

-
Dosage: As prescribed by a healthcare provider.
-
