Atorfit CV 10 Capsule is a combination medication used to help reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes while managing cholesterol levels. It contains Atorvastatin, which lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides and increases good cholesterol (HDL), and Clopidogrel, which works by preventing blood clots. This dual-action helps protect against cardiovascular events. The medicine should be taken with food to reduce stomach discomfort and must be used regularly as prescribed. Common side effects may include stomach pain, diarrhea, indigestion, headache, dizziness, muscle pain, and fatigue, though these are usually temporary. It is important to avoid alcohol during treatment, and use is not advised in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Patients with liver problems should use caution. If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as remembered unless it is close to the next scheduled dose. In such cases, skip the missed dose without doubling up.
