How to Use
This spray should be taken only as advised by your healthcare professional. It is not meant for prolonged or excessive use. Before using, gently clear the nose. Place the nozzle inside one nostril while keeping the other closed, and spray while breathing in lightly so that the medicine spreads deep into the nasal cavity. Repeat for the other side. Relief is often felt quite soon and the effect can last for hours.
