Steps for Using the Breathe O Meter:

Prepare the Meter:
Make sure the marker on the scale is at the lowest value before starting.

Stand or Sit Straight:
Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs completely.

Place the Mouthpiece:
Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it to form a tight seal.

Blow Out Fast and Hard:
Exhale as quickly and forcefully as possible into the meter.

Note the Reading:
Check where the marker has stopped and record the number.

Repeat the Process:
Perform the test 2–3 times and note the highest reading.

Track Your Results:
Keep a daily record of your readings to monitor changes in your breathing pattern. Share this information with your doctor.
