Administer this medication to your child at consistent times either before or after meals, following the prescribed dosage and schedule. If your child suffers from both asthma and allergies, an evening dose is generally preferred. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the syrup, repeat the same dose once, unless the next dose is due.

Stopping treatment abruptly can lead to a return or worsening of symptoms.
