Dilnip TM 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER is a triple combination medicine designed for long-term management of high blood pressure. It contains Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels to improve circulation; Metoprolol, a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and decreases strain on the heart; and Telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker that prevents blood vessels from tightening.
