Duranzo Tablet is a medication designed to manage short-term pain in adults. It combines two active components: Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Codeine, an opioid analgesic. Diclofenac works by blocking substances in the body that cause inflammation and discomfort, while Codeine alters pain perception in the brain by interfering with nerve signals. This combination is effective when single medicines do not provide adequate pain relief. It is typically used to treat conditions that involve moderate to severe pain such as post-injury pain, post-surgical discomfort, or inflammation. The tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor, with or without food, and swallowed whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet. Inform your doctor about any other medications you are taking, especially other NSAIDs, sedatives, antidepressants, or antiviral drugs, as they may interact with Duranzo. Long-term or excessive use may lead to dependence due to the opioid content. For better results, support your treatment with a balanced diet rich in calcium, vitamin D, and anti-inflammatory nutrients. Engage in light exercise and maintain a proper sitting posture to help reduce strain on joints and muscles.
