Enzoflam-SP Tablet

Enzoflam-SP Tablet is a combination medication commonly prescribed to relieve pain, swelling, and inflammation, particularly in joint and muscle-related conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and postoperative discomfort. It contains three active ingredients—Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase—which work together to reduce pain, inflammation, and promote healing. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol help block chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever, while Serratiopeptidase aids in breaking down inflammatory proteins to accelerate recovery. This medicine should be taken with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Following the prescribed dosage and timing enhances its effectiveness and minimizes potential side effects. Some common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, and changes in liver enzyme levels. Long-term use may require regular monitoring of liver and kidney function. Alcohol should be avoided while taking this medicine due to increased risk of stomach bleeding or liver damage. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding should be done only under medical supervision. Driving should be avoided if you experience drowsiness or dizziness. If you miss a dose, take it when you remember, but skip it if it’s almost time for the next dose—do not double up. This medication should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney disorders, and it is generally not recommended in cases of severe impairment.
