Product Overview
Intimacy Plus 2 Tablet is a combination hormonal medicine used for birth control. It contains Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol, which work together to prevent pregnancy by inhibiting the fertilization of the egg.
Some people may experience side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, weight gain, irregular or skipped periods, spotting between cycles, breast swelling, mood fluctuations, or hair thinning. These effects are typically temporary and reduce as the body adjusts to the medication. However, if these symptoms persist or worsen, it is advised to consult a healthcare provider. Seek immediate medical help if you encounter serious symptoms like blurred vision, chest pain, swelling in limbs, severe headaches, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, or facial swelling.
How to Use
This medicine should be taken daily for 21 days, starting from the first day of menstruation. After completing the 21-day course, pause for seven days before resuming the next cycle. It is important to take it at the same time each day to ensure consistent effectiveness and to avoid missing doses.
Precautions
Intimacy Plus 2 Tablet is not suitable for use during pregnancy, while attempting to conceive, or while breastfeeding. It should also be avoided by women with blood clotting disorders, heart or brain-related conditions, liver disease, tumors dependent on hormones, or unexplained vaginal bleeding. Discuss any existing health conditions with your doctor before starting this treatment.
This tablet is not recommended for individuals below 18 years of age due to limited clinical data on safety and effectiveness. Smoking, alcohol consumption, caffeine, and grapefruit juice should be avoided during treatment. Additionally, do not use this medication if you are allergic to Desogestrel, Ethinyl Estradiol, or other estrogen-based products.
