KMac B6 (Active) Syrup 1 × 200 ml is an oral solution used primarily to support kidney health and prevent recurrence of kidney stones.

Composition & Mechanism

Potassium Citrate (approx. 1100 mg per dose)
Raises urinary pH (makes urine more alkaline), which helps prevent stone formation.

Magnesium Citrate (approx. 375 mg per dose)
Supports urinary balance and inhibits crystallization of minerals in urine.

Pyridoxine / Vitamin B6 (approx. 20 mg or its active form)
Helps reduce oxalate formation in the body, which contributes to lowering the risk of kidney stones.

Uses / Benefits

Prevention and management of kidney stones (nephrolithiasis)

Treatment of renal tubular acidosis

Helps reduce acidity of urine and prevent crystal aggregation

Alleviates burning sensation during urination (when occurring in stone conditions)

Directions for Use

Shake well before use

Typically, 15 ml twice daily, or as prescribed by the physician

It may be taken diluted in water (as advised)
