Kofarest LS Syrup is a combination medicine used in the treatment of productive (wet) coughs. It helps thin mucus, loosen phlegm, and ease breathing.

Composition & Mechanism
Each 5 ml typically contains:

Levosalbutamol — a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles

Ambroxol — a mucolytic that reduces mucus thickness

Guaifenesin — an expectorant that increases bronchial secretions, reducing mucus viscosity

Together, these ingredients improve airway flow and help clear mucus from the airways.

Indications / Uses

Treatment of cough with mucus associated with bronchitis, asthma, COPD, or other respiratory conditions
