Lupinac Tablet contains N-acetylcysteine (NAC), a medicine with strong antioxidant and mucolytic properties. It is commonly prescribed to reduce thick mucus in respiratory diseases and is also used as a supportive therapy in certain liver conditions and acetaminophen overdose.
