Migrabeta-TR 20 Tablet SR is a prescription medication primarily used to prevent chest pain (angina), manage migraine headaches, and treat conditions such as pheochromocytoma, a rare tumor of the adrenal gland. It may also be used in the treatment of high blood pressure, irregular heart rhythms, tremors, anxiety, and heart failure. The tablet contains propranolol, a beta-blocker that works by reducing the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, allowing the heart to pump more efficiently and improving blood circulation throughout the body. This action helps to reduce the frequency and severity of migraines and angina attacks and may assist in managing other related cardiovascular or neurological conditions. The dosage and duration are determined by your doctor based on your medical condition and response to the medicine. It can be taken with or without food, but it should be taken consistently at the same time each day.
