This medicine contains Gabapentin and Nortriptyline. Gabapentin works by calming the nerve activity involved in pain, while Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, boosts the levels of specific brain chemicals (serotonin and noradrenaline) that help block pain messages.
