Peroclin 2.5% Gel

Peroclin 2.5% Gel is a topical medication formulated to manage and treat acne. It combines two active ingredients that work together to eliminate bacteria responsible for acne, reduce excess oil, and prevent blocked pores. This helps clear existing pimples and reduce the chances of new ones forming.

This gel is intended for external use only and should be applied to clean, dry skin. Use it as directed by your healthcare provider, usually once or twice daily. Apply a thin layer over the affected area and wash your hands after application. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and inside of the nose.

The gel contains Clindamycin, an antibiotic that targets acne-causing bacteria, and Benzoyl Peroxide, which helps reduce oil production, exfoliate the skin, and unclog pores. Together, they offer a powerful solution for clearer, healthier skin.

Peroclin 2.5% Gel may take a few weeks of regular use to show visible improvements. Mild side effects such as redness, dryness, peeling, itching, or a stinging sensation may occur, especially at the beginning of treatment. These effects are usually temporary, but consult your doctor if they persist or worsen.

Avoid applying the gel to broken or sunburned skin. Limit sun exposure during treatment, as this product can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Also, be careful as it may bleach hair or colored fabrics.

Before using, inform your doctor if you have any known allergies, skin conditions, or if you’re using other topical treatments. Use during pregnancy should be done only if advised by a healthcare provider. It is generally considered safe during breastfeeding when used with care.

If you forget to apply a dose, do so as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as scheduled. Do not apply extra gel to make up for a missed dose.
