Rapilif-D 8/0.5 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. It helps relieve urinary symptoms like difficulty urinating, frequent urination, or a slow urine flow. This medicine is not used to prevent prostate cancer.

How to Use

How It Works
Rapilif-D 8/0.5 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Silodosin: an alpha-blocker that relaxes muscles around the bladder exit and prostate, allowing easier urine passage

• Dutasteride: a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor that shrinks the prostate by reducing hormone levels responsible for its growth

• Alcohol: Avoid; may increase drowsiness

• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not indicated for women; consult your doctor if needed

• Driving: May cause drowsiness or dizziness; avoid driving if symptoms occur

• Kidney & Liver: Use with caution; dose adjustments may be necessary in severe conditions

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it’s near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose.
