Respira LS Syrup is a cough syrup that helps in relieving wet/productive cough. It works by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, reducing chest congestion, and making it easier to breathe.
How It Works
It is a combination of three medicines:
- 
Levosalbutamol – relaxes airway muscles for easier breathing. 
- 
Ambroxol – breaks down and thins thick mucus. 
- 
Guaifenesin – helps clear mucus by promoting effective coughing. 
Uses
- 
Wet cough with mucus 
- 
Bronchitis and chest congestion 
- 
Breathing difficulty due to excess mucus in asthma/COPD 
How to Take
- 
Take the dose prescribed by your doctor using the measuring cup/spoon. 
- 
Can be taken with or without food, but preferably after meals. 
- 
Drink plenty of water to help loosen mucus. 
Side Effects
- 
Nausea, vomiting, or stomach upset 
- 
Headache or dizziness 
- 
Tremors or mild nervousness (sometimes) 
 Most side effects are temporary, but consult your doctor if they persist.
Precautions
- 
Avoid alcohol while on this syrup. 
- 
Inform your doctor if you have heart, thyroid, liver, or kidney problems. 
- 
Use only under medical advice during pregnancy or breastfeeding. 
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. Skip if it’s almost time for your next dose.
