Tsart 40 CT Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). By lowering blood pressure, it helps reduce the risk of serious health complications such as heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

This tablet contains Telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker) and Chlorthalidone (a diuretic). Together, they help relax blood vessels and remove excess fluid from the body, making it easier for blood to circulate and keeping blood pressure under control.

It can be taken with or without food, ideally at the same time each day. Because the diuretic component increases urination, avoid taking it close to bedtime. Continue using it as prescribed even if you feel well, since uncontrolled hypertension may not cause noticeable symptoms.
