Tsart MCL-50 Tablet is a prescription medicine used for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension). Hypertension is a long-term condition in which blood pressure remains consistently high, increasing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and other complications.

This tablet combines three medicines: Cilnidipine, Telmisartan, and Metoprolol.

• Cilnidipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking calcium channels, allowing smoother blood flow.

• Telmisartan works as an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), preventing narrowing of blood vessels and lowering blood pressure.
