Ursozeal 300 contains Ursodeoxycholic Acid IP 300 mg, which is primarily used for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders. It helps dissolve cholesterol gallstones and improves liver function in certain liver diseases such as primary biliary cirrhosis and other cholestatic conditions. This medicine works by reducing cholesterol absorption and promoting bile flow, thereby protecting liver cells from damage.
